Deep Peppermint Menthol · Pack of 20
Blue Selection IQOS HEETS is a HEETS flavour built around mellow tobacco with deep menthol and peppermint notes. These Blue Selection HEETS tobacco sticks come as 20 single-use tobacco sticks for compatible older IQOS devices; they are not designed for IQOS ILUMA. The product is heated tobacco, not a vape pod or e-liquid.
Compare the full range on the IQOS HEETS Tobacco Sticks page before choosing between classic and menthol profiles.
How Does Blue Selection IQOS HEETS Taste?
Blue Selection combines mellow tobacco with deep menthol cooling and peppermint aroma notes.
The peppermint note reinforces the cooling effect, placing Blue beyond the softer Green profile and the lighter, zestier Turquoise direction.
- Dominant note: Mellow tobacco.
- Supporting note: Deep menthol cooling and peppermint aroma notes.
- Finish: A clean, pronounced cooling finish.
- Best for: Choose Blue Selection when you want the strongest cooling direction among the verified HEETS menthol variants.
Compare the closest verified HEETS flavours:
- Green Selection IQOS HEETS — Green Selection offers balanced menthol cooling with green mint notes.
- Turquoise Selection HEETS Tobacco Sticks — Turquoise Selection shifts to lighter crisp menthol with a brighter zesty edge.
- Mauve Wave HEETS for IQOS — Mauve Wave adds dark forest-fruit aroma to a crisp menthol tobacco profile.

What Device Is IQOS HEETS For?
IQOS HEETS are for compatible older IQOS devices that use a heating blade, including the IQOS ORIGINALS generation. They are not interchangeable with the SMARTCORE sticks used by IQOS ILUMA.
- Compatible route: Older blade-based IQOS devices designed for HEETS.
- Not compatible: IQOS ILUMA devices.
- If you own ILUMA: use IQOS TEREA Tobacco Sticks instead of HEETS.
How to Use IQOS HEETS
Follow the instructions for the exact compatible IQOS holder and never force a stick into the device.
- Check the device. Confirm that the holder is designed for HEETS and is not an IQOS ILUMA model.
- Check the pack. Confirm that the pack shows Blue Selection before opening it.
- Insert one stick gently. Place the tobacco stick into the holder as directed and start the heating cycle.
- Use one session. Wait for the ready signal, use the session, then remove and dispose of the used stick.
Vape and Go's Expert Advice on IQOS HEETS
For this flavour, the most useful checks are flavour direction, device generation and single-use handling.
- Practical check: Choose deeper cooling only when that is the flavour direction you want, not because you expect a higher nicotine level from a stronger taste.
- Practical check: Compare the cooling range before ordering, because peppermint-led, green-mint and zesty menthol profiles create different choices even within HEETS.
- Practical check: Keep older HEETS devices and ILUMA consumables separate, since blade-based IQOS systems and the newer induction system use different tobacco sticks.
- Practical check: Follow the device cycle and discard the stick after the session, rather than attempting to relight a heated tobacco stick for another use.
Buyer Questions on IQOS HEETS
Do IQOS HEETS Variants Have Different Nicotine Levels?
IQOS states that HEETS variants do not use different nicotine levels. Choose between HEETS flavours by taste profile and intensity rather than treating flavour intensity as nicotine strength.
Do IQOS HEETS Produce Ash?
HEETS are heated rather than burned in a compatible IQOS device, so the tobacco stick is not used like a lit cigarette and does not produce cigarette-style ash.
