We offer FREE Standard Tracked UK Delivery on all orders over £35 and cheap delivery options for European and Worldwide customers. We take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.

We operate a SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders. Orders placed before 5 pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability, courier service chosen and any security checks.

Please Note: We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Next working day delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery, or you can choose a safe place option instead. Orders placed before 4 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

DPD Saturday Delivery Courier Service

The DPD Saturday Delivery Courier Service offers a weekend delivery solution for orders placed between Thursday 4 PM and Friday 4 PM, ensuring delivery on Saturday. This service caters to those who miss the weekly dispatch cutoff, providing a reliable option for urgent or last-minute shipments to UK Mainland addresses, with the added security of a required signature upon delivery.

DPD Sunday Delivery Courier Service

The DPD Sunday Delivery Courier Service offers a weekend delivery solution for orders placed between Friday 4 PM and Saturday 12 PM, ensuring delivery on Sunday. This service caters to those who miss the weekly dispatch cutoff, providing a reliable option for urgent or last-minute shipments to UK Mainland addresses, with the added security of a required signature upon delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked24 Delivery (1-2 Day Delivery Service)

1-2 Working Days Priority Service. Orders placed before 5 pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm will be dispatched on Monday. No signature is required. Royal Mail aims to deliver all packages the next day, but this may take a day longer in remote areas.

2-4 Working Days. Orders placed before 5 pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same working day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. Royal Mail aims to deliver all packages the next working day, but this may take a day longer in remote areas. (Postcode restrictions apply).

BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 24 and other delivery services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD is not available to many Scottish Highland & Island areas.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail will be offered instead.

Delivery is not available to BFPO addresses.

European deliveries arrive in 10-20 working days. International deliveries arrive in 10-20 working days. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery.

If your order has yet to arrive within 7 working days (UK orders) and 20 working days (non-UK orders), please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence. If you require any clarification regarding. Claims for lost deliveries can only be made after 28 days following the shipped date, it is up to you as a customer to ensure you select the delivery service relevant to the order value and VapeandGo is not liable for lost deliveries. It is at VapeandGo's discretion to resend lost orders that have not been covered by the relevant delivery service.
